I recently stayed at Holiday Inn in Phoenix for a conference. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly. The room exceeded my expectations with a comfortable bed, great pillows, and white, crisp sheets. I appreciated the respect for safety. I can't wait to visit again when everything returns to normal and the restaurant is open.

The room and bathroom here are spacious with a nice tub, and the location in the desert is perfect, right next to a shopping area, and convenient for a 5-day business trip to the area.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, giving us the best night's sleep we've had in a long time. The room and the entire hotel were exceptionally clean, which shows a high level of attention to detail. We also loved the pool, where we spent relaxing afternoons enjoying the warm weather. The staff at this hotel were outstanding. From the moment we checked in, we were treated with kindness and professionalism. We want to give a special shout-out to the front desk, especially the kind lady who checked us in. Unfortunately, we didn't get her name, but she made us feel so welcome and ensured that we had everything we needed. The hotel's location was also instrumental in helping us get around this city. It was conveniently situated, allowing us to easily explore all the attractions Scottsdale has to offer.

A great stay at Holiday Inn! The management and breakfast were awesome. The employees went "above and beyond" to ensure a pleasant experience. The manager even apologized for the noise during breakfast. Other than some noise on the 3rd floor, it was fantastic. I only wish it was pet-friendly.

The staff, especially Ramon at breakfast and Krystal at the front desk, made us feel right at home with their warm welcome and exceptional service.
